Aloysius Enterprise was established in 2006, and specialises in brokering private equity investments and facilitating international joint ventures. We represent clients in the Middle East, India, China as well as the UK and Europe and have worked on projects in industries ranging from manufacturing, steel production and construction, to independent power production, luxury hotel resorts and international real estate.
In addition to the services featured on the website, Aloysius offers a bespoke fund finding service- guiding businesses through the entire investment process. In this capacity, we are able call upon the contacts of our partners and international strategic network to literally search the globe for the best terms of investment to suit your business.
Aloysius provides joint venture services, in conjunction with our partners ABC and GIBN, introducing companies to overseas markets and facilitating their expansion. James Figueroa - Founder and Managing Director
An entrepreneur in the truest sense of the word, James first entered the private equity sector as a teenager. Realising the need for an efficient system to identify the resources, both financial and otherwise, which are crucial during the start up period and beyond, James founded Aloysius Enterprise and quickly established a reputation for quality and consistency. James is a member of the Overseas Development Institute and has contacts at the highest levels in industry, politics and the private equity community.
Since the original service launched in 2006, James has been dedicated to expanding Aloysius' services to meet the needs of a new generation of wealth creators in all sectors and stages of development.

Christopher Bean - Director
Christopher is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years business experience both in the UK and Overseas. He has worked in Canada and subsequently in Dubai where he was the Finance Director of one of the largest locally owed businesses in the Gulf region. On return to the UK he established his own Accountancy and Consultancy practice.
He believes that Aloysius will be of great benefit to anyone working to establish or develop a new business or joint venture and who needs help in locating the specialised support services necessary including, most importantly, appropriate sources of investment finance.

Singapore based Advantage Business Consultancy Pte Ltd, ABC, have been partnered with Aloysius since 2007, forming a strategic alliance in order to assist companies, both in the UK and in Asia, with fund raising and business expansion requirements. This has brought major benefits for potential clients of both companies.
Companies looking to expand into overseas markets are often deterred by a lack of business contacts in the relevant markets abroad. ABC have established a strong network of Middle Eastern, Indian, Chinese and Singaporean companies who are actively seeking to tie up with British companies in Joint Venture partnerships. Through their business facilitation service, ABC has made foreign expansion a more attractive and profitable opportunity for their clients.
ABC’s international network of fund sources, including Aloysius in the UK, has been successful in raising capital for clients from a broad range of industries. GIBN has been operating for several years as a business liaison office to large Arab groups in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and KSA, negotiating business ventures with manufacturing companies and service providers from Europe and North America for the development of projects in the
GCC.
